“Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?” ~ Psalm 2:1 

Last Sunday, in Minneapolis, a church found its morning service disrupted by an angry group of “anti- ICE” protestors, that included a washed-up reporter named Don Lemon. They were there to protest the report that one of the pastors of the church was also an ICE agent. Armed with that information, they chose to break the law, disrupt the church service, and make complete and utter fools of themselves! 

NOTE: Every church in America should be watching this situation because our Constitutional rights of freedom of religion, speech, and assembly are at stake! These protestors not only rabidly support the breaking of the law by those who enter our country illegally and, in the Minnesota situation, also defraud our country of billions of dollars, they now believe that only those who agree with them should have the inviolate rights that are guaranteed to all citizens of the United States by the Constitution! Their actions threaten us all! 

Although the outcome of this matter is yet to be decided legally and judiciously, it is certainly nothing new in the annals of Christianity! The war between good and evil, God and Satan, is stamped upon all of human history. But know this, Child of God, though the heathen may rage, the Righteous God shall have the last laugh! “He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh…” 

Let us not be afraid or ashamed to stand, to serve, and to speak the truth of our God and His Word! Let the heathen rage, because one day they will answer to the Righteous God!
