“Sing unto the LORD, all the earth; shew forth from day to day his salvation.” ~ 1 Chronicles 16:22 

In Luke 8, where we read of the miraculous conversion of the Maniac of Gadara, the Lord commanded His newest disciple to, “Return to thine own house, and shew how great things God hath done unto thee.” The man obediently went home and in no time he spread his faith to the entire city. One man, with one message made such a massive impact! 

In this incredible time in which we live, with the attention of the entire world focused on the life of one Christian man, Charlie Kirk, the Gospel is being shared at such an astounding rate! Believers are waking up and taking the message of Jesus Christ to everyone around them with a zeal that I have never seen in my lifetime! The thought of “let’s make Heaven crowded” is taking root and God’s people are sharing the message of salvation with a new boldness and fire! Praise the Lord! 

But I am concerned that this is but a “knee-jerk reaction” to Charlie Kirk’s martyrdom when it ought to be a Bible-based, heart-felt conviction for the followers of Christ! Let us heed the admonition of David to “shew forth from day to day his salvation”! Every day, everywhere, to every person! 

 May our lives and our lips put the Gospel on display each and every day!
